30 – 40: You are almost ready to move – perhaps you need a little more time to consider your options or a few more facts to support your decision. But once you’ve spent time or found what you need, be prepared to want to move!

Less than 30: You are not quite ready yet. There may be several things holding you back at the moment, but whatever you do, don’t rush listing your property for sale until you are 100% willing and able to move.
